Well, this "Grand Slam Event" was just too good to be true. Literally. I happened to be in Austin this evening, and dropped by the Grand Slam Event. These photos were taken right as the big event was getting underway. Nobody in sight except a woman standing near the table set up in the entrance that had a few lonely Dianetics fliers on it. Some have accused me of being a grammar nazi, but for an organization that claims it has the ONLY solution to literacy, this stuff is just so out there it isn't funny. The Infamous NYC Stress Test
A quick report from a Special Correspondent in the home of the "ideal" New York org (and of course the invisible CCNY and the imaginary Harlem ideal org, and the non existent Missions). Things are really heating up trying to force everyone, especially Field Auditors, onto the GAG II line up. A number of reports have come in about methods being used, and a survey has been sent out to I HELP members. The ASHO Qual Sec has been threatening Field auditors that if they don’t complete the GAG II Student Hat soon they will cancel their Qual OKs to audit. Someone recently commented about the inability of Scientologists to use correct punctuation. Apparently, this may be some sort of fundamentalist disease. Just for a laugh, one of our special correspondents sent this in. These guys are really over the top on apostrophes. But, they didn't forget to include Scientologist's on their list of devil lovers....
