Neuroplasticity

April 22, 2019 By Mike Rinder 74 Comments

This mini ebook was sent in by a supporter of the Aftermath Foundation accompanied by the following thoughts. It contains some thought-provoking ideas that are anathema to anyone who subscribes to the principles expounded by L. Ron Hubbard. But there are a lot of things in this world that help people that he derided. Perhaps you will find something that provides some relief/assistance to you in these ideas. They are certainly offered with the best intentions.   I am a Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator at the Neurosculpting Institute in Denver, and I have something for you. I … [Read more...]

The (Not Tom) Cruise Debrief and An Announcement

March 26, 2019 By Mike Rinder 131 Comments

My apologies for being remiss. A few have asked how the vacation was as I made no mention of it here... It was amazing. I have waited to post this until we were ready with a special announcement. It's at the end of this short report on the cruise. We all had such a good time. A cruise is an excuse to eat and drink too much. Check. Do silly things -- like build a device to drop a raw egg 8 stories to the ship's atrium floor without it breaking -- we did!  Visit interesting locations. Check. Do things we had never done before. Check. Spend time with friends (adults together while the 8 … [Read more...]

Another Aftermath Foundation Success

February 24, 2019 By Mike Rinder 114 Comments

I mentioned recently that we would have a write up from one of latest people helped by the The Aftermath Foundation. Here it is. With some interesting insight into the reality of the latest "ideal org" demonstrating the massive international expansion of scientology.   I was introduced to the world of Scientology in June of 2012 when I traveled from Utah to Michigan to do the Narconon program at the "Freedom Center" in Albion. After completing the program I was recruited to remain at the Narconon center as a staff member, which is a common practice at Narconon. I was a withdrawal … [Read more...]

The Aftermath Foundation

February 20, 2019 By Mike Rinder 125 Comments

Many of you may have seen Aaron Smith-Levin's video posted on Tony Ortega's blog yesterday. If you missed it, here it is again: In response to the video a large number of people contacted The Foundation offering their assistance and making donations. The response was heart-warming and greatly appreciated. Scientology can try to prevent The Foundation from helping people leave scientology -- but they will never succeed. The members of the board of the foundation are not cowed by scientology in the least. We are aware of their dirty tricks. We anticipated there would be people sent in … [Read more...]

The Aftermath Foundation

March 5, 2018 By Mike Rinder 168 Comments

As scientology prepares to launch SuMP TV, we are launching something we believe will be far more beneficial and hopefully grow to have even greater impact. Scientology and the Aftermath has exposed many abuses commonplace in scientology. Harsh punishment, child and sexual abuse, enforced disconnection from family members and much more… Were it not for the fact that they are able to hide behind the cloak of First Amendment law, they would likely already have been dismantled. There is not a great deal the general public can do. I have often answered the question "how can we help" by telling … [Read more...]

@LeahRemini @azhlynne @UltioetVeritas @MikeRinder As fellow "Never-Ins" we enjoyed this latest podcast episode with Stefani. It's mind boggling that Scientology has tax exempt status. Hoping @TheJusticeDept tunes in as more and more people speak out.

@BenjaminDuckwo5 @MikeRinder @LeahRemini @KarendlaCariere @randomname7700 @KatLaRue7 @TeamSPNetwork @SkyBird03914123 @Deana828 @enfant_criminel Our best weapons are truth, facts and our voices. The more people who speak out, write to the government, law enforcement, the IRS & US Treasury the more headway we make. The pen is mightier than the sword and much better than any violence.
