Just a bit of fun for Saturday. Ian Lee, who has written two posts here, performed in St Petersburg with his band (Led Zeppelin II) last night. He is the perfect example of someone living life large after departing from the RCS. And he is a mighty impressive drummer who does the memory of John Bonham proud, even rocking his most famous solo on Moby Dick. The little clip just gives a glimpse. This one goes in the "Hall of Shame."Now, this is what I call "Pretense PR". How can you have an entire building and staff devoted to "PRing" "Opinion Leaders" in Washington DC and they are afraid of identifying the people they have contacted? Why even put out a promo piece with pictures of people if you are worried about anyone knowing who they are? Golden Age Of Math –10,000 On Solo NOTs
This is a very strange promo piece. They must be using "Golden Age of Math" to come up with the figures they are using. Places reported at 10X and 5X have no figures that even resemble these multipliers. And the targets are even weirder. They give them an arbitrary "starting figure" plucked out of the sky, as the column alongside gives the number currently auditing/completed. So, if your imaginary starting figure is "5" but you have 16 already on, you need 4 more to "4X" (to 20 total). Sheer idiocy.
