Dance With Leah
Tonight is the first show of the new season of Dancing With The Stars. Of course, the biggest news of the new season is the inclusion of Leah Remini after her headline making break with the church over disconnection, the disappearance of Shelly Miscavige, and the lies that were told to her. The most recent headlines have centered around her comment on the Ellen show that she "lost a lot of friends" as a result of her brave public departure. One of our Special Correspondents sent in this very well constructed chart. In keeping with recent posts, it highlights once again, USING THE CHURCH'S OWN BOOKS AND WEBSITE, how there is NO EXPANSION anywhere other that supposed Missions in Asia and Russia and former Soviet satellites. There is no real expansion since the mid 90's. Funny, the granting of tax exemption to the churches at the end of 1993 was supposed to have marked the beginning of the golden age of Scientology. While things are hopping in Texas, I am hoping a lot of people are putting together their paragraphs about their local areas pursuant to yesterday's post. Chinese Leatherbound for Your Reading Pleasure
More of the book scam. These $500 unreadable leatherbounds supposedly fund the promotion campaigns for Ideal Orgs. But despite the collections over the years I have yet to see ANYTHING that is accomplished as a result (other than more books stuffed in the corner of the garage of the sucker that buys them). And just how many people in the US would actually WANT a copy of DMSMH in Taiwanese? And don't you find the tag line just a LITTLE pretentious? One of our Special Correspondents in Budapest sent in this report of the sad tale of the failed attempts to create an "Ideal Org" in Budapest (this org was declared SH Size sometime in the 90's and at that time was one of the fastest growing orgs on earth).
