Wedding Update
A quick update -- we don't have official wedding photos yet. This shot was taken by Karen DelaCarriere. Many friends were in attendance, quite a number of whom are still here. I wrote this for Marty's blog in January 2010. I had occasion to pull it out for someone to read and I re-read it myself. Probably many of you saw this when it was originally published, but there are new readers here and I think it worth putting out again. New York – Another Empty "Ideal" Org
In keeping with the Ideal Orgs theme one of our correspondents recently visited NY Org. Last time she was there was 2 years ago. Another of the first “Ideal Orgs” – its been nearly a decade since David Miscavige grandly cut the ribbon and promised a new era for Scientology in NY. It should be bustling, there is more traffic within 200 feet of its front door than any org on earth. Another in the now familiar pattern of “blame it on you” from Radical Corporate Scientology announced that Super Power cannot be released until 500 MORE sign up for the Sea Org. The “thousand” already recruited just wasn’t enough it seems….
