Try as they might, scientology is incapable of accomplishing any positive results on the internet. Miscavige shows "stats" at his events like "people look up scientology every 1.63 seconds" or "we have 627Xed the reach for our programs on the internet" or other completely meaningless statements. All the while they continue to raise money for the "KCET studios" because this facility will allow scientology to "take over the internet." Miscavige has spent a LOT of money to create a video driven website at scientology.org. And probably more money paying than that to click farms in India and … [Read more...]
Miscavige Media Handling
I have been noting for some time now the strident, arrogant and often bizarre responses to the media that emanate from David "Karin Pouw" Miscavige. And here is the latest response to a small piece in the Tampa Bay Times. Interesting he is so infuriated about the media mentioning that a politician and his wife are at the Ft. Harrison. Why? Well, the simple answer is that being associated with scientology is such a terrible stain on you, that Miscavige feels the need to "attack, never defend" the reporter who made note of these facts. How strange. It's a … [Read more...]
It’s The Old Buy A Building Trick
After a lean period in the ideal world, things are hopping again. Rabbits are being pulled out of the hat once more to prove that the massive international expansion that COP keeps talking about is real. They are now promoting "5 ideal org in 4 months" and "We are opening an ideal org every month for the rest of the year and have just opened Tokyo and Bogota then it will be Harlem, Milano and Atlanta." Of course, this is typical scientology math. If they open these 5 ideal orgs by the end of this year, it will be 5 in 6 months, not 5 in 4. Bogota was opened in July. But what's a little … [Read more...]
GAG Me
I have assumed since the release of GAT II in November 2013 that it meant that all previous auditor training was no longer valid. Though of course, at the outset, this was never stated. Might have the natives to get restless. Those natives are pretty docile, fed on a constant diet of lies and half-truths to turn them into sheeple. The trick is to keep them thinking that the next big thing has just been given to them and that this "breakthrough" will cure all the previous failures to deliver what was promised. So, it is nice to finally see it in writing -- direct from COP … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies
It's a surprise... Don't tell anyone. The Wonders of the ALL NEW Clearing Course Just a small question. Wonder how this person knows just how much bs he has been fed about how the course is now "shorter" thanks to COB. Oh, that aesthetic course pack... It made all the difference to his ability to get through the "new" GAT OT II. They actually promote this idiocy? Hot Off The Press Is is going to try to attain SH Size again. Perhaps they can scratch their way to the size they were 25 years ago. Unlikely -- no other org has … [Read more...]
Where’s The Monumental Expansion Dave?
This is a page from the latest edition of Planetary Dissemination News. Once again, it is hard to hide the truth. Partly because those within the scientology bubble often don't even understand what they write. More proof that the lies that are repeated over and over by Miscavige and Co that he has overseen an "era of unprecedented expansion" is a preposterous lie. So, more than half the largest cities in the world do not have an org OR EVEN A MISSION? But, look a little closer, and even this is a lie. This is the list of cities with populations greater … [Read more...]
The Epic Summer Of Scientology, Auspicious Ribbon-Cuttings And Other Hilarity
Fortunately, someone from the church sends me a "good news" email (from email2you@hushmail.com) to keep me abreast of the latest stories released by scientology. The latest is worthy of comment for a few reasons. Here it is, the big news from Tokyo.... First thought. Chairman of the Pompadour is looking more and more like Bob Duggan and that hair is becoming almost Don King-like. It seems to have taken on a life of its own... Second, "Epic Summer" is a bit weak. Epic has been so over-used now to describe everything from the next graduation you must attend to the last … [Read more...]
Debbie Cook Revisited
It's been some time since any news about Debbie Cook has surfaced. Then last weekend Tony Ortega posted that she has just published a book on Amazon about recovering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. Although I haven't spoken to Debbie in years, I have thought about her and Wayne many times and after reading some of the comments on Tony's blog, I felt some background information might be of interest to fill in a few blanks and perhaps dispel some misconceptions. There hasn’t really been a reason for me to write about this before. Marty covered the activities of her case and the s … [Read more...]
Why Bogota?
If it was a puzzle why Bogota Colombia "ideal" org was done before say Harlem or Auckland or Silicon Valley or Valley or any of the others we have been hearing about for some time as being "next" and "most important." I think Ethan Hunt accidentally spilled the beans at the world premiere of MI5 as he explained to the The Hollywood Reporter. Of course, there is a long history of ideal org planning being done so "Mr. Cruise" would not have to be ashamed by the state of the local small and failing scientology outpost -- all the way back to the very first "ideal orgs" in New York (where … [Read more...]
Golden Age Of Tech Phase II For OTs (GOATs)
Well, there was more to it than just a "new, improved" CCRD launched by the splendidly uniformed Captain Miscavige ("don't call him Captain, it is insulting") at the recent secret briefing at Flag (See It's Epic, It's Monumental) The Chairman of the Pompadour took it right over the top with this monumentally epic milestone briefing, releasing the new, standard tech OT Levels through OT III. With the understated tag-line "This is the guarantee that every being will make it to OT -- with unprecedented ease and speed" the latest edition of the International Scientology News trumpeted this … [Read more...]
