Scientology has for many years made outrageous claims about "Anonymous" -- calling it a "group of terrorists." They inflate everything that is ever said or done by anyone with even the remotest connection to Anonymous and by association, attempt to paint anyone they think is criticizing them with the "terrorist" brush. There are NUMEROUS examples of this -- perhaps the earliest was Keith Henson who joked about shooting a "Tom Cru9ise Missile" in Miscavige's window. This was then used to have him prosecuted under the Hate Crimes statute. Miscavige complained bitterly about "death threats" … [Read more...]
More “Ideal” Org Fail
There have been some magnificent flops in the ideal org strategy (Malmo anyone? Cambridge? Berlin? Phoenix? Pretoria?) but I don't think any have been such a fail as Inglewood. Hyped to the hilt by Miscavige as one of the two orgs (along with Harlem) that was going to "bring scientology to the black cultural centers," it has done nothing and become a white elephant sitting in the middle of South Central LA. And here is the latest proof. A SINGLE Purif completion is BIG NEWS. It's not even a Clear or a Grade Completion. Let alone more than one. But what is even weirder, Richard … [Read more...]
Scientology Lies and Going Clear
Scientology has launched their usual ad hominem attacks on Alex Gibney and Going Clear. Every person interviewed or associated with the film is subject to the scientology smear campaign. Even now including attempting to "dead agent" Alex Gibney by claiming his deceased father was some sort of "CIA Propagandist" and thus "the apple didn't fall far from the tree." This sort of insanity makes them the object of universal derision. A couple of days ago they fired what they thought was another in the apparently unending stream of shots across HBO's bow. Like those that have pr … [Read more...]
“Ideal Orgs” — Baffle Them With BS
Tony Ortega already included a bunch of this series of posters in his Sunday Funnies last week -- but he left some out (there are 13 of them in total). Two I felt were important as they highlight points made by David Miscavige where he sold the brilliance of his "ideal org" strategy. Just think about this for a second. This is taken from the original Miscavige sales pitch on "why ideal orgs?" But it makes absolutely NO sense. He had used the analogy of an auditing session to sell the original GAT and how you could not deliver a standard session unless you had all the elements … [Read more...]
Flag Graduation “Briefing Sheet”
Another leak from inside the bubble. Here is the "briefing" for those who are going to be at Graduation -- and might possibly be allowed to "give their win" if "it aligns with the overall message" of this "promotional event" and as long as they DON'T use any "LRH quotes." It appears there is nothing that is beneath the "OMG, we couldn't do that, it would be horrendously crass and completely opposed to the fundamental concepts of scientology" threshhold. There is NOTHING they won't do. Thanks to COB and RTC for the incredible job of keeping the bs pure. … [Read more...]
Blathering Shermanspeak From The Most Important Man In The Room
This is the closing address from David Miscavige at the last IAS event, now transcribed and preserved for eternity as all pronouncements from Dear Leader must be. He is becoming a parody of himself -- and the speed of his descent into a character right out of a "Funny or Die" skit or the next Will Farrell movie appears to be accelerating. Even the photos he is selecting for photoshopping are getting stranger. He has almost perfected the Ron Burgundy sneer of superiority. Either those gold buttons are getting bigger or he is shrinking.... A few memorable shermanspeak diamonds in … [Read more...]
The Missions of Scientology — Where Are They? Sunday Redux
This seems a very appropriate post to reprint in light of the recent article Scientology Shriveling. Media Take Note: They Lie To You. This was originally published on 27 March 2013. I would assume that if anyone wants to take the time, they will find that some of the missions the church is given credit for in this article from 2013 no longer exist today (though I suspect the scientology.org website is about as fast to remove closed missions from their list as they are to remove declared OT VII's from the list of "10,000 on Solo Nots Sometime Never." Again, it … [Read more...]

Bob Keenan/Rob Swan
Bob Keenan was formerly posted as the LRH PPRO UK, but was David Miscavige's "go to guy" in the UK. He had a relatively short career as one of Dear Leader's pets. When Miscavige was in the UK for the IAS event or any other activities, Keenan was "the man". He picked up Miscavige from Farnborough Business Jet Airport when he arrived in Cruise's Gulfstream with a little convoy of rented Range Rovers and BMWs. He arranged special food. He oversaw "security" and acted as a personal "bodyguard." As LRH PPRO he worked in the Manor, just downstairs from the private office suite of the great m … [Read more...]
Scientology Responds
Last week I put up a post entitled Scientology Takes Clearwater For Suckers. A bit earlier tonight, scientology finally got their response approved through command channels, and it appeared in the form of the comment reprinted below. Of course, a comment such as this to an old post would be buried and most people would not see it. I wanted it to receive the fullest airing possible in the interest of fairness. Here is the response, posted under the name "Walter Lippmann" Oh, dear, Mike, you know very little — about many things but most to the point here a … [Read more...]
