For some time I have been commenting on ASHO being an org without a role. With the cancellation of the Briefing Course they have resorted to pushing "debugs" and "Basics." But now they have a new title "The Clearing Org of the Americas" This says an enormous amount about the abject failure of the "ideal" org program. Class V (local) scientology orgs are supposed to be the ones that do the "clearing." But the vast majority of them (all?) cannot do so. Literally, they do not have the staff trained to be able to deliver the necessary actions to certify someone as "clear." And this is … [Read more...]
IAS – Hang Your Heads In Shame
This is a Go Fund Me page asking for money to treat Andrik Schapers cancer. Andrik Schapers was one of the FIRST IAS Freedom Medal Winners. He was at every "crusade" that was ever held anywhere. The IAS used him as a poster child. Marching in his goofy boots, singing songs -- he was long the most visible "IAS Crusader" all over the world. And what has that earned him -- having to beg the general public for help. For an organization that loudly proclaims its humanitarian good works, how can they allow something like this to happen? Of course, anything formed by a sociopath like David … [Read more...]
Dave’s New Car?
Could this be David Miscavige's newest vanity license plate? The person who sent me this photo swears it is NOT photoshopped, that this is a real plate on a real car. It's not really worth a post by itself, but I feel lazy this Memorial Day weekend and thought everyone might have a laugh in the morning and get their weekend off to a good start. Perhaps Mr. David Let Him Die Miscavige might appreciate some other suggestions for plates to go on his BMW, Land Rover, Acura, Miata, RX 7, Saleen Mustang, Ducati, GMC armored van, Lincoln Navigator and whatever other assorted vehicles he has … [Read more...]
Ideal Org Reality
Here is a dose of reality about an actual "ideal org." Rather than the pretense presented in the events and PR publications. This org was opened in April 2009 by David Miscavige hisself with one of his usual grandiloquent speeches. All about how this "new org" was going to bring spiritual freedom to Texas and more blah blah about the massive expansion it org represents. Here is the "technical team" of Dallas "ideal" org: There are missions in Third World countries with bigger "tech teams" than this. And here is some insight into the state of their grand premises: They … [Read more...]
Flag World Tour Is Coming
And they are coming in force, because Flag is empty. I guess they don't have anyone to keep them busy AT Flag, so they are sending TWENTY TWO people to LA to be the "Flag World Tour." Twenty two people in addition to the 20 or so that are in the FSC WUS Office. Here is a recent message that was sent out. Hello! With the release of the Golden Age of Tech Phase II, there has never been a better time to come in and get moving on your route to Clear and OT. As it is my intention to see that you make it all the way, and to help you get there, the Model Ideal … [Read more...]
David Miscavige — Ugly American Abroad
Miscavige is so out of touch with reality, that he no doubt doesn't realize how arrogant and condescending he sounds. This is from the report on the ribbon yanking ceremony in Basel -- as found at scientology.org. Switzerland is a nation long renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship of everything from watches to pocketknives and culinary delicacies that remain the envy of the world. And consistent with that uncompromising emphasis on quality, the first Scientology Ideal Organization (Org) in that European nation’s dazzling history opened its doors to a grateful public on Saturday in an … [Read more...]
Tax Exemption Paranoia
Clearly, the Alex Gibney OpEd piece in the LA Times is still giving Miscavige heartburn. And he has no response other than a lame letter to the editor by his spokespuppet Monique Yingling. This is the latest appeared in the Razzline. Sent by a "public scientologist" from a "csi.com" (church of scientology international) email address.... All they can do is hope to generate "positive comments" -- using a "screen name"? Good luck with that. From: Xxxxx Xxxxx [mailto:xxxxx@csi.com] Sent: Monday, April 27, 2015 3:04 PM To: Subject: "Scientology deserves its tax exemption" - LA Times … [Read more...]
The Ideal Ideal Org Is Pathetic
Another slip of the promo piece has revealed far more than they would want. Interestingly, Tony Ortega posted about this same promo piece this morning and with the help of Chris Shelton, approached it from a very different perspective than my take (I wrote this last week but haven't had any time to post it, but now seems most opportune). This sets some sort of record for incompetence -- a scientology promotional item that is so revealing it makes it onto BOTH Tony Ortega and Mike Rinder's blogs... Now, that's a bargain. "Only" $27,500 to get to Clear where they start to really … [Read more...]
Scientology Tax Exemption Panic
It would appear that the statements made in the wake of Going Clear by Alex Gibney have struck a nerve, especially his OpEd piece in the LA Times. David Miscavige has trotted out his second favorite scientology spokespuppet (after Karin Pouw), non-scientologist lawyer Monique Yingling. She strangely appeared to defend the non-practice of "disconnection" on Anderson Cooper, and also came to visit me one time to discuss whether I wanted to speak to my children and other family members. She is sort of a Girl Friday who fills in as an Ethics Officer/IJC and spokesperson when needed. She is … [Read more...]
Scientology Fact Verification
David "Let Him Die" Miscavige responded to a recent posting on Tony Ortega's website about Paul Haggis being trolled by a "Time magazine" reporter. Page Six reprinted his response (or at least part of it). Here is the quote attributed to Karin Pouw: ‘As I told [The Hollywood Reporter] and others, no one named Mark Webber works for the Church anywhere much less in Los Angeles. There is no such IP address at the Anthony Building on Fountain Avenue–it does not exist. The entire story is fabricated.’ ‘A quick internet search does find a Mark Webber, a movie curator and writer who lives in … [Read more...]
