I have not published anything quite like this on my blog before -- it is a declaration by someone who doesn't give his name (though anyone who knows him knows who he is and a lot of others will be able to figure it out). Karin Pinocchio Pouw -- the woman behind the curtain that is the name affixed to the public statements of the man behind the woman behind the curtain, David Miscavige -- has stepped in it once again. The Corporate Church of Scientology is going all out to attempt damage control internally on the withering blasts that have been exposing some of the nasty, not to be spoken about underbelly of life in corporate Scientology. Miscavige and his pinocchio sockpuppet letter signer, Karin Pouw, are getting closer and closer to calling Leah Remini a liar. Their latest effort at damage control is reported in the NY Post: “We won't dignify the myths, radio gossip, rumors and off-the-wall tabloid tales that have their origins with self-promoting bloggers living on the fringe of the Internet.” Pouw also emphasized, “We would appreciate if you run this verbatim.” The carefully selected words and structure of the sentence is classic Miscavige. Miscavige Waving A Red Flag
The red flag is flying on Miscavige's eroding sandcastle. This email is a sure "tell" that he is concerned. Concerned about his own PR and concerned about how he has not had a June 6th event and doesn't have a date for the "GAT II" big top extravaganza which is obviously going beyond his announced target of "late July." The natives are getting restless so he figures a good dose of Dear Leader in all his glory will help placate the rumblings of discontent. This report is a week out of date as I am still trying to catch up with all the emails and tips sent to me during the past week....
