Making Planetary Clearing an Unreality
Here's a recent post on Facebook. You know scientology constantly goes on about how they "are Clearing the Planet." The reality of course is something entirely different. Here is a new Clear. The best indicator of panic in the bubble is that Miscavige orders the "Turning Point" video be reshown. In his mind, it is the "proof" that he is leading scientology to the promised land. It is the proof that he accomplished something L. Ron Hubbard couldn't do. Scientology Refunds and Repayments: We Don’t Do That Any More
Recently, a letter from the "Claims Verification Board" came to my attention. In it they state: "It has always been church policy that anyone requesting a refund/repayment must do so within 3 months" -- so of course, they denied the request for return of funds (as they ALWAYS do). “What Did You Do To Pull It In?”
In the face of the Danny Masterson trial, I have spent quite a bit of time recently explaining this Hubbard concept and how it relates to treating victims in scientology. Every scientologist knows and uses this phrase, "What did you do to pull it in?" as a pat response to those on the receiving end of something harmful or upsetting to them. It is the go-to answer for a broad spectrum of things: from being criticized unfairly by your boss, to being run over by a car or mugged on the street. With the ongoing rape trial of Danny Masterson, a lot of people are curious about scientology's position with respect to reporting crimes to law enforcement.
