It seems inappropriate to run the Thursday Funnies this morning in light of the events at the Inglewood Ideal org last evening. Tony Ortega, as he always does, is keeping up with the story and you can follow the news at his blog. He does a great job of sorting the bs from the real facts. The (Not Tom) Cruise Debrief and An Announcement
My apologies for being remiss. A few have asked how the vacation was as I made no mention of it here... It was amazing. I have waited to post this until we were ready with a special announcement. Chelsea Handler Coming to Scientology HQ
Chelsea Handler is coming to Clearwater as part of her comedy/book tour. I do not believe it is accidental that Clearwater is included among the list of cities she is visiting -- NY, LA, Houston, Miami, DC, Boston, Chicago, SFO, Seattle etc. All MAJOR markets and a couple of college towns (Madison WI, Durham NC) and then little old Clearwater... I happened across this old card the other day. I didn't know I had it. It was in my wallet the day I walked out of L. Ron Hubbard's old office in Fitzroy St., London. It was my final day in scientology. I had been sent to London to deal with the BBC Panorama program being done by John Sweeney.
